There were things I liked about most of the agents we had used, but only Dave had it all in one package: thorough familiarity with the Long Beach area, solid understanding of the purchasing process, low-pressure approach, friendly demeanor, honesty, etc. Perhaps most importantly, he had the ability to quickly ascertain what it was that my wife and I were seeking, and he didn't waste our time with properties that weren't suitable. When we did find the right home, his guidance and counsel were invaluable. House hunting can be demoralizing, and Dave kept our spirits up in such moments, conveying quiet confidence that things would eventually work out. He was invariably willing and able to answer our questions, and we always felt reassured that we were in good hands. Our case was particularly complicated in a couple of ways, and Dave deftly, professionally, and ethically negotiated the situation.
